Fixed curb mounted skylight (FCM)

The patented FCM curb mounted fixed skylight is sized to work with all types of site-built curbs, whether they're slightly out-of-square, pre-existing, or surrounded by unusually thick flashing and roofing material.

Heavy-duty materials ensure the FCM skylight is built to withstand the installation process, as well as anything Mother Nature throws its way.

Features Neat glass coating to keep your skylight cleaner, longer, leaving skylights virtually spotless.
Reduce unwanted outside noise by up to 25% less than a standard double pane glass, and up to 50% less than a plastic skylight.
VELUX recommends and building codes require laminated glass for out of reach applications.

Sunscreen accessory tray

A sunscreen accessory tray for standard sitebuilt curbs allows for installation of VELUX Pick&Click! blinds. Accessory tray is required for blind installation.

Custom FCM skylights

Skylights available to fit curbs including flashing that have a maximum clearance dimension of 183/4 - 503/4 wide by 183/4 - 761/2 long. Up to 72 = 6 day production time + Transportation time. Greater than 72 = 10 day production time + Transportation time.

We require maximum skylight clearance dimensions in 1/4 increments (0, 1/4, 1/2, 3/4) for width and height.
Custom size flashing kits and custom size blinds are not available.
Some specialty glass options require longer lead times.
